      This position is for a Financial Planning and Analysis professional. Executes financial analysis, research, budgets, and forecasts to support business plans. Responsible for developing analysis and projections and conducting small projects.

      This is a hybrid role in Winston-Salem, NC. Relocation benefits may be available.

      Primary Responsibilities:

      • Executes financial analysis, research, budgets, and forecasts to support business plans.
      • Reviews, analyzes and interprets financial and budgetary reports to develop observations and preliminary recommendations.
      • Develops P&L, balance sheet and cash flow analysis and projections.
      • Develops analysis on budgets, forecasts, inventory, and / or sales margins.
      • Provides interpretation of financial data in spreadsheets, charts, and reports.
      • Conducts small-scale projects, completing ad hoc analysis.
      • Analyzes profit-and-loss income statements and prepares reports on findings to make budgeting and cost recommendations to management.
      • Generates forecasts and analyzes trends in sales, finance, operations, supply chain, programs, engineering, and other areas of the business for financial and strategic planning purposes.
      • Maintain and update the Forecast Models

      The salary range for this role is 64,000 USD - 128,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
