- Review and analyze financial statements and reports
- Develop and track KPIs and prepare financial reports
- Assist with the annual budgeting process
- Understand key business drivers
- Analyze current processes and structures to provide recommendations for continuous improvement and efficiencies
- Partner with internal teams to support financial management for the Organization
- Develop financial projections and building financial models with assistance of CFO
- Ensure compliance with financial guidelines, company policies and relevant legal regulations
- Assist with the selection and implementation of new accounting system
- Support preparation of grant budgets for inclusion in proposals for programs/projects in partnership with the Development team
- Support creation of customized grant reports for funders, program/project directors and senior management
- Support Development team in ensuring accurate financial information related to tracking and reporting of grants/funding
- Perform additional grant administration tasks, as needed and assigned by the CFO

- Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting.
- 5+ years of experience in financial analysis and modeling.
- Competency with accounting software (QuickBooks, Microsoft Dynamics, Microsoft Navision, etc.)
- Advanced experience with Excel and familiarity working with databases and data extraction.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Detail-oriented, strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Experience in non-profit accounting a plus, but not required

The Senior Financial Analyst will assist with financial planning and budgeting processes, analyze financial statements and reports, develop financial models, prepare projections, and perform research and analysis as may be required by leadership. As a senior financial analyst, you will partner with internal teams to provide them with financial guidance and assist with grant compliance reporting. To be successful, you should be able to perform a variety of financial activities including planning, analysis, budgeting and reporting. You should also be able to present financial information and models in a concise and easily comprehensible manner.
