  Job Duties and Responsibilities
  
  
  Boost Mobile is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join our dynamic, fast-paced environment. This role encompasses budget development, budget-to-actual reporting and reconciliation, business case development, and vendor account reconciliation. With our business experiencing rapid growth and evolving processes, this position offers ample opportunities for impactful contributions. We seek a candidate who excels in building strong relationships and can provide financial oversight to support our expanding business effectively.
  Key Responsibilties:
  • Prepare annual budget and rolling forecasts for voice, data, message, and regulatory costs, while tracking pending commitments
  • Analyze monthly financial performance, support month-end close activities, and maintain operational and financial models
  • Deliver financial presentations to executive leadership, conduct project reviews, and provide oversight on multiyear agreements
  • Demonstrate critical thinking skills to synthesize ambiguous data and ensure financial accuracy
  • Produce clear, well-formatted reports and perform ad-hoc analysis on cost-saving opportunities and corporate initiatives
  
  Skills, Experience and Requirements
  
  
  Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. MBA or MS Finance preferred, but not required
  • 4+ years of experience in finance/accounting, preferably in telecom or tech
  Skills and Qualifications:
  • Advanced MS Excel skills and proficiency in financial tools like Smartview and Onestream
  • Understanding of business financial concepts and GAAP principles
  • Intellectual curiosity, strong problem-solving, and analytical skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills for presenting complex concepts to senior executives effectively
  
  Salary Ranges
  
  Compensation: $72,350.00/Year - $103,400.00/Year

  The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
