  Base pay range

  $90,000.00/yr - $110,000.00/yr

  JOB DESCRIPTION

  A large gas and oil company is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst. The job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  -Performance and profitability analysis

  -Track and report effectiveness of retail programs, projects, and partnerships

  -Analyze profitability for business lines

  -Provide insights on weekly labor and sales to improve EBITDA

  -Partner cross functionally to improve and monitor KPI's across business lines

  -Forecasting, budgeting, and financial close

  -Develop and maintain monthly and operational forecasts

  -Support annual budgeting process

  -Support month end and quarter end close with an emphasis on variance analysis

  -Analyze and report trends to cross functional teams

  -Strategic analysis & projects

  -Conduct ad hoc financial modeling and present financial insights to Leadership

  -Evaluate business decisions through ROI

  -Process improvement and enablement

  REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis
  • 5+ years of experience with data mining and finding insights to drive a business forward
  • Strong experience in Microsoft Office - specifically in PowerPoint and Excel (data mining, formulas, x look ups, v look ups, pivot tables, index match)
  • Strong experience using business intelligence tools (Power BI / Tableau / Oracle)
  • Bachelor's Degree

  The team is on-site Tuesday-Thursday

  Hours: Monday - Friday

  Pay: $90,000 - $110,000
