What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Build and maintain Excel-based SmartView templates and standard reporting formats
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Corporate FP&A, Accounting, and Field Finance to analyze and present financial data
- Maintain the finance calendar and manage monthly forecasting and reporting
- Conduct variance analysis and research on business results, including GL Wand reports
- Train and develop less experienced financial analysts
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- 5 to 8 years of experience in financial analysis, forecasting, and accounting
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong skills in financial modeling, budgeting, reporting, and analytical tasks
- Experience with various types of revenue streams
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master’s degree in a related field
- Familiarity with Oracle Smartview and Workday Financials
- Additional certifications in financial analysis or related areas
