What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Communicate financial results monthly, quarterly, & annually, including preparation of presentations
- Participate in the monthly reporting process, focusing on developing processes and reports
- Assist in preparation of forecasts and other forecasting activities
- Develop sustainable processes to communicate variances and prioritize investments
- Provide ad hoc analytical decision support and recommendations
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field required
- Advanced degree and/or professional certification (CPA, CMA) strongly preferred
- Seven or more years of financial planning and analysis experience
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills, including proficiency in financial statement analysis and valuation modeling
- US Commercial Healthcare experience a plus

- Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
- Proficiency in trending analysis, variance to budget, expense tracking, and reporting
