What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Consolidate and report financial planning, monthly financial results, and budget processes for the Foot and Ankle division
- Prepare month-end close processes, including posting journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, and variance analysis
- Participate in discussions and assist in analyzing results at the business unit level for leadership
- Perform ad-hoc analyses to support business partner needs
- Collaborate with divisional finance teams to ensure alignment on requests

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in finance and/or accounting required; CPA preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience supporting finance or accounting functions
- Advanced Excel skills required; experience with SAP preferred
- Strong business-partner skills, with the ability to work across all levels of management in a matrixed environment
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple requirements and meet tight deadlines with high accuracy

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of US GAAP
- Experience in the medical device industry
- Previous experience in financial analysis or budgeting roles
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration across departments
