What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with Accounting and Operations to ensure accurate financial statements reflect operational activities and contract terms
- Lead and perform complex financial analyses, including historical performance and future projections
- Assist in the budget process by identifying trends and quantifying financial impacts to maximize profitability
- Prepare pricing models and analyses for contract amendments, renewals, and business development opportunities
- Assist in the preparation of board materials and ad-hoc requests for C-suite and board members
What is Required (Qualifications):
- BA/BS in Accounting or Finance required
- 5-8 years of related experience in financial planning and analysis, accounting, or consulting
- Strong understanding of finance and accounting, including financial statements and variance analysis
- Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and organized
- Proven ability to develop, define, and execute complex financial analyses
