What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with Operations leaders to enhance financial performance across multiple hospital locations
- Conduct complex financial analyses to project future results and identify opportunities and risks
- Lead the budget process, working with business leaders to maximize profitability and value to hospital partners
- Prepare pricing models and analyses for contract amendments and renewals, ensuring financial accuracy
- Interact with the Accounting Department during month-end close to ensure financial statement accuracy
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance strongly preferred
- 3-5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, accounting, or consulting
- Strong understanding of finance and accounting principles, including financial statements and variance analysis
- Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and organized
- Moderate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including functions such as xlookup and pivot tables
