What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Partner with Operations leaders to monitor financial performance across multiple hospital locations
- Conduct complex financial analyses to project future results and identify opportunities for improvement
- Facilitate the budget process by collaborating with business leaders to maximize profitability
- Prepare pricing models and analyze contract amendments for accuracy
- Collaborate with the Accounting Department during month-end close for accurate financial reporting
What is Required (Qualifications):
- BA/BS in Accounting or Finance strongly preferred
- 3-5 years of related experience in financial planning and analysis, accounting, or consulting
- Strong understanding of finance and accounting principles, including financial statements and variance analysis
- Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and organized
- Moderate experience in Microsoft Excel (including xlookup, sumifs, pivot tables, and indirect)
