Provide advanced level of pricing and margin analysis
Prepare analysis and content for monthly Revenue Council meetings
Build relationships with International distribution partners and collaborate on Revenue Growth Management opportunities in International markets
Create reports and perform post pricing analytics to identify profit opportunities across key markets, brands and packages
Ensure pricing is aligned with business objectives through the evaluation of each pricing strategy
Evaluate competitive pricing and its impact on sales performance
Support development of pricing strategy for all New Product Development and International expansion opportunities
Extract, mine, map, and model data from various internal and external sources such as Demantra, IRAD, Hyperion, IRI, NABCA, etc.
Provide analytical support to ensure execution of promotion strategies to maximize business revenue potential
Analyze pricing actions impact on supplier, distributor, and retailer (three-tier distribution)
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics/Statistics
3 or more years of experience in an analytical position
Advanced Excel skills: advanced formulas, pivot tables, scenario analysis, working with large data sets, setting up models, doing data validation & sense checking
Advanced PowerPoint skills: ability to put together slides that showcase a clear recommendation in a format that is easily digestible for senior leadership; ability to pull together 10+ slide decks that have a cohesive story line
Experience with data mining and econometric modeling
Knowledge/experience with utilizing syndicated data (IRI, Nielsen)
Ability to navigate and implement systems necessary to collect, to maintain, and analyze data (such as Hyperion, Microstrategy)
Requires the ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines
Must be a proactive, self-starter and self-learner
Must be able to function in a fast-paced environment and be able to adapt to rapidly changing priorities
Must be able to handle confidential and/or sensitive information in a professional manner
Requires excellent interpersonal skills; must be a team player with the ability to work with a variety of people at all levels
Requires excellent written and oral communication skills
Must have the ability to work and make decisions independently
Must be at least 21 years of age
Must be able to sit and/or stand for long periods of time and work on a computer for extended periods

Position Summary
The Senior Pricing Analyst is responsible for supporting the development and analysis of the pricing strategy and guardrail development across the Wine & Spirits portfolio, with a focus on the International marketplace. Responsibilities for this role include performing analysis for pricing and promotional requests and evaluating the implementation and return on past pricing and promotional activity. The Senior Pricing Analyst will also work closely with Finance, Marketing, Sales and International business partners through communicating price actions, reporting impact, and recommending potential pricing initiatives.

Finance & AccountingThe salary range for this role is:
$79,600.00 - $119,300.00This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, the prevailing minimum wage for the location, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. We offer comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.
