      Position Overview

      The Senior Analyst supports the FP&A Manager and the operational teams in their development and management of critical financial models and executive-level presentations. This is a highly visible and critical role for the company and is an integral resource for the operational teams. This individual helps the leadership team(s) forecast, budget, and interpret the business results and understand the ‘why’ behind the numbers.

      Location Requirement:

      • This position is based in Phoenix, AZ and requires 4 days onsite per week. There is no remote option for this role.

      Key Result Areas (KRAs)

      Coordinate between the Finance team and Marketing team on forecasting, budgeting, strategic planning, and other miscellaneous financial reporting:

      • Variance analysis and communication of financial results for the Marketing team

      • Partner with the FP&A Manager to provide intelligent commentary on financial results and ensure consistency in the external reporting of key financial analysis

      • Become a “business partner” for the Marketing teams and build connectivity between Finance and Marketing

      Develop and report on specific performance metrics, including the development of independent hypothesis and financial modeling:

      • Develop and report on specific performance metrics, including, marketing ROI, brand valuation, and Pro-forma market analysis

      • Financial modeling

      • Ad hoc financial analysis

      Present recommended solutions for process improvements to achieve enhanced financial performance:

      • Recommend process improvements to achieve enhanced financial performance

      • Support the continuous development and implementation of strategic and financial planning and analysis projects, best practice, and process improvements

      Job Qualifications:

      • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business and 3 years of related experience required; Master's preferred

      • 5+ years of financial or business analysis experience preferred

      • Must be able to handle multiple, sometimes competing, priorities in a fast-paced environment

      • Proficient in Microsoft Dynamics and other ERP systems knowledge; SQL a plus

      • Power BI experience a plus

      • MS Office Suite experience, with strong skills in Excel

      • Possess exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex sets of data in a timely and efficient manner

      • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

      Physical Requirements:

      • Occasional lifting up to ten pounds

      • Must be able to work in a climate-controlled office environment

      • Ability to read and write in English in order to process paperwork and follow up on any actions necessary

      Compensation:

      $95,262.35 - $110,435.17
