      High visibility, critical role supporting the largest factory in EFS, being the Finance business partner to the Value Stream Manager. The position plays a key role in making sure that the ECN achieves its COGS and inventory-related financial goals, while also leading core financial processes for the plant. The successful person in this role will drive performance, accountability and predictability throughout the plant activity.

      WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:

      • Provide Finance support to the ECN Value Stream Manager and the organization, assuring awareness of gaps to targets and offering alternate paths to achieving commitments.
      • Drive accountability for achieving ECN performance metrics. Act as the financial conscience of the ECN plant organization.
      • Lead the annual budget and forecasts for the ECN plant Lead and perform cost and financial analysis for plant operating team.
      • Drive the development of analytical tools and capabilities to better understand the plant's manufacturing cost structure. Types of analysis includes variance analysis for conversion and material cost, continuous improvement project analysis (Pre- and Post-project implementation), and financial risk assessments.
      • Understand and show capability to summarize and communicate clearly the plant's financial and operating results in order to measure progress against objectives and to assess the effectiveness of decisions made by plant management team. Work with finance leadership to identify actionable cost reduction and cash flow generation opportunities.
      • Perform plant cost analyses related to conversion cost and the cost of material for the plant, evaluate organizational design improvements and standardize blocks of work.
      • Handle the Capital Portfolio Planning process and assist in the payback and project evaluation as part of the request process. Validate anticipated project benefit to the plant via post-project audits.

      YOU HAVE:

      • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance related field required. CPA/CMA is a plus.
      • 3+ years of experience in Financial Planning, Operational Finance or Corporate Finance. Previous experience in a plant controller or plant finance leader is strongly preferred. Experience with plant standard costing systems.
      • Demonstrates a high level of understanding of how key finance and manufacturing decisions impact the business units and forecasted operating results/cash flows.
      • Proficient in all other Microsoft Office Products (WORD, PowerPoint, Excel).
      • Ability to manage workload and meet deadlines with efforts to streamline processes.
      • Interpersonal skills that build and maintain excellent relationships and credibility.
      • Desire to learn and capacity to solve complex intellectual challenges.
      • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
