      Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

      • Provide process ownership over policy/procedure development, deployment, maintenance, and training
      • Execution of compliance audits related to Inventory Compliance across, production, engineering lab, logistics warehouses, satellite facilities, and subcontractor locations
      • Be a proactive strategic business partner to the business and local leadership team, playing a key advisor role in business strategy formulation and implementation, organization performance measurement and risk management
      • Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to Inventory Compliance
      • Supporting the development and implementation of financial best practices
      • Other ad-hoc tasks and data preparation are required for both internal and external customers.

      Required Knowledge and Experience:

      • Bachelor’s degree
      • Fluency in English and Spanish is required; Portuguese is a plus
      • Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience
      • Strong analytical foundations, regional experience, and inventory management knowledge.
      • Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple conflicting deadlines and priorities
      • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and build strong working relationships
      • Intermediate to Advanced skills with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
      • SAP experience is preferred
      • Manufacture Finance support experience is preferred
