Job Description

- Conduct in-depth financial analysis to assess the company’s performance, identify trends, and make recommendation for improvements.
- Develop and maintain annual budget, forecasts, and long-term financial plans
- Utilize financial software and tools to collect and interpret data for decision-making purposes
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize cash flow, including managing cash positions and forecasting cash requirements
- Monitor and mitigate foreign exchange risk by implementing hedging strategies to protest against currency fluctuations
- Prepared board presentations, internal company meetings, and ad hoc financial presentations
- Apply an analytical approach to evaluate and review ROI for capital expenditure (pre & post investment)
- Assist with Mergers and Acquisitions from due diligence to integration
- Comply with federal, state, and company policies, procedures, and regulations
- Ability to use reasoning and logic to identify alternative solutions or approaches to problems
- Advanced Proficiency with Microsoft Office including advanced Excel with proven experience in building Excel models and PowerPoint required
- Experience with SQL and Power BI required
- Experience with ERP system (SAP) a plus
- Experience with Budget and Planning software (BPC) a plus
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills
- Demonstrated time management and multi-tasking skills coupled with an ability to prioritize tasks
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with all levels of management and staff
- Excellent problem solving, process management and time management skills
Overview
The Senior Financial Analyst is responsible for leading the financial modeling, analysis and forecasting processes. The person in this position provides the management team with the analysis and information they need to make operational, financial and strategic decisions and drives continuous improvement in processes and practices.

Required Skills and Abilities:
Education/Experience:
Bachelors Degree with concentration in Finance or equivalent experience; MBA a plus; ten plus (10+) years related finance experience, particularly in a Corporate FP&A function.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to operate office equipment such as a copier; ability to see details at a close range; ability to sit at desk or PC for long periods of time; work in office setting.
