      Join the finance team supporting the dynamic Commercial US Surgical Business and have the opportunity to develop as a leader and strategic advisor!       Key Responsibilities:
      - Perform and analyze financial models
      - Identify market trends and investigate variance drivers
      - Build financial forecasts and analyze P&L statements
      - Provide financial insights to Surgical leadership
      - Support month-end financial activities and financial planning initiatives
      - Collaborate with business partners and corporate teams to achieve financial goals
      - Manage cost saving initiatives and communicate results to leaders
      - Consolidate and analyze financial data for reporting purposes
      - Implement and manage enhancements to sales and margin forecast process
      - Identify risks and opportunities based on business insights and sales trends
      - Work on ad-hoc data consolidation and financial models

      Requirements:
      - Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting
      - 4+ years of experience in Finance and/or Accounting (or 2+ years with an Advanced Degree)
      - Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
      - Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and financial systems
      - Results-oriented with a proactive and self-motivated approach
      - Excellent communication and presentation skills
      - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
