- Provide curriculum; compliance; or training support to Flight Training
- Partner with Flight Training support teams to complete project tasks as assigned
- Provide subject matter expert guidance to project tasks as assigned
- Modify or create new training materials when needed
- Track individual progress and report status of projects to appropriate leaders
- Review standard procedures and provide feedback on changes
- Specific duties as assigned by Flight Training management
- Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data.
- Embraces a diverse set of people, thinking and styles.
- Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency.
- Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States.
- Solid organizational and leadership skills.
- Familiarity with Flight Operations infrastructure
- Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.
- Solid computer skills including proficiency with Office 365 and other Delta/DPS software.
- Work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining an attention to detail
- Analytical Skills - Ability to use thinking and reasoning to solve a problem.
- Problem Solving - Ability to make critical decisions while following company procedures.
- Attention to Detail – Ability to produce work that is compliant and error-free while meeting established deadlines.

The part time Flights Ops Support role provides subject matter expert support to key projects and needs inside of Delta Air Lines Flight Training & Standards. This role works on an ‘as needed’ basis for the area assigned. Flight Ops Support Coordinators should have a basic understanding and knowledge of FAA Part 121 air carrier operations and moderate to expert knowledge of specific areas of focus. This position will report to the DPS Manager of Delta Flight Training Operations.
