What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Create and update financial analysis reports and models (Full P&L)
- Maintain an executive dashboard of key performance indicators (KPIs) for internal leaders and external investors
- Manage month-end activities related to close, variance analysis, consolidation, and forecasting
- Collaborate with business partners and FP&A teams to develop regular financial forecasts
- Perform peer analysis and benchmark Ivy vs competitors, presenting findings to key leaders
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3-5 years of Finance/Core FP&A experience
- Minimum BS/BA in a business-related field (finance/accounting)
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Proven analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a changing environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Healthcare experience preferred, but not required
- Skills in Adaptive and Power BI are a bonus
- Self-motivated with a commitment to exceed expectations and pursue professional growth
