Job Description

- Develop and maintain detailed 5-year 3-statement financial models, including scenario planning and sensitivity analysis.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, highlighting variances to budget and forecast.
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes, partnering with business leaders to provide financial insights and recommendations.
- Develop and maintain a model to predict the profitability of litigation cases.
- Conduct ad hoc financial analysis to support strategic initiatives, investments, and operational improvements.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of financial data and reporting.
- Prepare presentations for investors and senior leadership.
- Contribute to the improvement of financial planning processes, tools, and systems.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 3-5+ years of FP&A or related financial analysis experience.
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling, including multi-year forecasting and three-statement modeling.
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; experience with financial planning systems/tools preferred.
- Experience with querying and managing large datasets.
- Solid understanding of P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow dynamics.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner.
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
