      Job Overview:

      TopDog Law is seeking a highly motivated Senior FP&A Analyst with 3-5 years of experience to join our finance team. This role will play a key part in driving financial insights, building models, and supporting strategic decision making across the organization. The ideal candidate has strong technical finance skills, excellent analytical abilities, and experience building comprehensive financial models.

      Responsibilities:

      • Develop and maintain detailed 5-year 3-statement financial models, including scenario planning and sensitivity analysis.
      • Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, highlighting variances to budget and forecast.
      • Support budgeting and forecasting processes, partnering with business leaders to provide financial insights and recommendations.
      • Develop and maintain a model to predict the profitability of litigation cases.
      • Conduct ad hoc financial analysis to support strategic initiatives, investments, and operational improvements.
      • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of financial data and reporting.
      • Prepare presentations for investors and senior leadership.
      • Contribute to the improvement of financial planning processes, tools, and systems.

      Qualifications:

      • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
      • 3-5+ years of FP&A or related financial analysis experience.
      • Strong proficiency in financial modeling, including multi-year forecasting and three-statement modeling.
      • Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; experience with financial planning systems/tools preferred.
      • Experience with querying and managing large datasets.
      • Solid understanding of P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow dynamics.
      • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.
      • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner.
      • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
