- Proven ability to lead or supervise staff

Job summary
We are looking for an experienced GP Practice administrator or team leader to join our growing team. You will join our experienced and dedicated team of senior administrators who take responsibility for workflow management by constantly monitoring and reviewing our operating processes.
Main duties of the job
You will provide expert support for the admin team leader by applying your extensive knowledge of GP Practice protocols and workstream management including, Task Management, Prescription Processes, Clinical Coding, Telephone and Reception Desk operations.
You will take responsibility for overseeing the effictive flow of delegated admin and reception processes, and be responsible for supervising and mentoring staff within focused teams.

The Grange is a large GP Practice serving over 17,000 patients. The scale of the Practice enables smaller teams to serve a variety of specialist functions involving leadership, change management and motivating others.
The Practice has a stable and growing workforce, and we are currently looking to add strength and depth to the reception and administrative team.
