What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Implement and coordinate management programs, policies, and compliance systems for client sites and startups
- Conduct comprehensive grounds site assessments and lead corrective action plans
- Perform Quality Assurance (QA) assessments and safety audits at contracted locations
- Manage project timelines and budgets, controlling expenditures and providing regular status updates
- Collaborate with clients to ensure satisfaction and meet their needs effectively
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree in a grounds-related field or 10 years of grounds management experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to define and implement change strategies effectively
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Must be willing to travel 85% of the time across various regions of the country

- Proven track record of successful project management in a similar field
- Strong leadership and training abilities to guide project personnel
- Familiarity with safety regulations and quality assurance processes
- Valid driver's license with a safe driving record
