      The opportunity: The Senior Health Resource Specialist (HRS) reports to the Associate Director of Premier Access. The objectives of the HRS are to help onboard new clients, fulfill member requests in a timely and efficient manner, to partner with Senior Client Managers (SCM) and the AD as a resource in client engagement and to support other team activities as necessary.

      How you will contribute:

      • Coordinate requests from Members using appropriate PinnacleCare resources to include: Health Navigator team, Insurance Claims management, MedIntel, Clinical Relations and Medical Director team.
      • Assist with continuous refinement of client service database
      • Independently manage complex member projects such as sourcing medical resources for corporate events, locating medication availability, coordinating medical appointments
      • Reviewing medical records
      • Researching physicians and writing physician biographies
      • Creating reports for Members with medical resources during travel
      • Provide support to Director and Associate Director of PA

      Required Education and Experience:

      • 5 years in healthcare, high touch client service and / or project management with a knowledge of healthcare systems and resources
      • Ability to use Microsoft Office software applications effectively
      • Bachelor’s degree required, advanced education such as a degree or certification in health related or patient advocacy area desired
      • Background in clinical care, social work, nursing, patient advocacy or case / care management preferred

      If you are a California resident, the salary range for this position is:

      • Southern region: $58,800-$88,200 annually
      • Central region: $62,000-$93,000 annually
      • Northern region: $66,200-$99,300 annually

      If you are a Colorado resident, the salary range for this position is $56,100-$84,200 annually.

      If you are a New York resident, the salary range for this position is $66,200-$99,300 annually.

      If you are Washington resident, the salary range for this position is $62,000-$93,000 annually.
