      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Support compliance with global regulatory requirements related to health
      - Provide health subject matter expertise and support to operational leaders
      - Design and implement psychosocial risk management frameworks and fitness for work programs
      - Maintain health master data and analytics, including health risk assessments
      - Monitor internal and external health issues, trends, and opportunities

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in related health disciplines such as Organizational Psychology or similar
      - Minimum of five years of industry experience, preferably in manufacturing and/or mining
      - Sound knowledge of health regulatory frameworks and risk management
      - Effective written and verbal communication skills
      - Ability to build strong collaborative relationships with stakeholders

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with SHES Management systems and SHE assurance
      - Proven track record of stakeholder management and engagement
      - Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
      - Demonstrated resilience and ability to work under pressure
      - High level of personal integrity and ethical standards
