What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and maintain analytic models and reporting
- Integrate different types of data into analytic models
- Perform Quality Control of data ingested into models
- Write and maintain SQL codes
- Collaborate with broader Optimal Care and Clinical Technology team
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3+ years of data management and analytics experience in a matrixed organization
- 3+ years of working with large data sets
- Intermediate SQL skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Ability to work standard business hours in PST zone
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Healthcare industry experience
- Experience building dashboards and reports in Tableau/Power BI
- Proficiency with PowerPoint
