      Senior HR Advisor (UK market)

      Job Description Summary

      As a member of the Shared Services team, you will support HR Operations, advise the HR Advisors on day-to-day operational questions of the People function, as well as handling of escalations to the CoE.

      Critical to the delivery of shared services accountability, the Senior HR Advisor supports the People function through development or process mapping and SOPs as well as the training of new HR Advisors.

      Job Description

      Your responsibilities:

      • Manage incoming case load and ensure compliance to relevant service level agreements
      • Maintain life-cycle & process documentation and governance for all employee events from hire to off-boarding
      • Focus on complex tasks / projects
      • Advise on Tier 2 escalations
      • Support the training and development of HR advisors in the team
      • Manages employee on-boarding and off-boarding processes and ensures compliance to local and global compliance
      • Carry out HR operations activities in accordance with internal guidelines and statutory requirements
      • Create/edit monthly and ad-hoc reports within the HR software and provide accurate data to management when requested
      • Supporting projects and process improvements

      Your profile:

      • Bachelor’s degree
      • 2-4 years of working experience in similar role in HR Services
      • Fluent in English, both oral and written
      • Knowledge of HR processes
      • Confident Microsoft Office usage, especially with Excel
      • Good time management and ability to prioritize
      • Strong oral and written communication skills
      • Customer-oriented with demonstrated drive and resilience
      • Experience of working with ServiceNow and Workday or other similar HR technology is desirable
