      Senior Human Resources Coordinator

      The Senior Human Resources Coordinator provides complex administrative and project support to the HR Commercialization Executives and the projects that this group will lead .

      The successful candidate will be a dynamic, performance driven, well-organized and flexible individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

      Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

      • Provide administrative support to the HR Commercialization Executives group.

      • Perform highly diverse and complex administrative function s, like:

      • team meetings organization

      • governance implementation

      • proactive calendar management

      • meeting coordination

      • domestic and international travel and accommodation arrangements

      • expense and travel reports

      • preparing presentations and spreadsheets

      • Coordinate, as capacity allows, special projects, often highly confidential , such as:

      • Reporting and Data Management (Diversity & inclusion, Talent, Performance, …)

      • People Strategy scorecards

      • w ork force planning scorecards

      • development/launch scorecard

      • Work in coordination with (and be the backup of) the Senior HRC for the HR Commercialization SVP

      • Provide support to the HR Commercialization Business Partners in the delivery of our People Strategy

      • Provide compiling data for any wave-based exits across Commercialization

      • Responsible for the organization and planning of complex remote meetings across multiple time zones.

      • Plans and organizes off-site in person meetings for globally based teams in domestic and international locations.

      • Anticipates needs of manager and/or team and take appropriate steps to produce desired outcome with minimal assistance from supervisor with accuracy and efficiency to meet all deadlines.

      • Interface in a professional manner with senior executives and matrix team members, handle confidential information with discretion and demonstrate diplomacy and excellent judgment in dealing with sensitive situations.

      • Exhibit a positive work attitude, high productivity and a collaborative approach with other employees across an international environment.

      • Prioritizes activities and acts based on an understanding of department objectives , customer needs, and BMS business strategy.

      Role Qualifications & Requirements:

      • Successful candidate must possess a High School diploma . BS degree preferred.

      • 5 to 7 years of progressive administrative experience with at least 4 years of experience in office administration for senior level executive s .

      • Exhibit a positive work attitude, high productivity and has a collaborative approach.

      • Very strong written and verbal skills and the capability to produce excellent work with minimal supervision is required .

      • Strong organizational skills, the ability to multi-task, strong attention to detail and superior follow-up skills are a requirement.

      • Proven skills in balancing competing demands and requests by taking initiative to adjust or change priorities.

      • Ability to work independently and proactively while interacting with high level external and internal contacts and be able to handle exposure to sensitive and confidential information.

      • Ability to analyze and solve complex problems with excellent judgment.

      • Ability to work with confidential and sensitive information

      • The candidate must be proficient in Microsoft applications—Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook—and Workday.

      This role is based out of the Princeton Pike, New Jersey (USA) office. Work from home as per the BMS policy in effect -50% every 2 weeks.

      This role reports to the HR VP Intercontinental markets.
