      Primary Responsibilities:

      • Manage employee data management for all UHG entities in India
      • Employee query management as per defined TAT
      • Manage employee benefits e.g. Car Lease, NPS etc.
      • Maintain effective relationships with key internal and external customers and vendors
      • Be able to interact with senior organizational leaders on matters related HR Operations
      • Coordination with vendors & finance team to ensure timely payment of all invoices
      • Work with owners of HR Operation systems for testing and implementation of system change requests
      • Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so

      Required Qualifications:

      • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in any subject, preferably commerce
      • 5+ years of previous experience in HR domain
      • 3 - 4 years of experience in HR operations for a mid-size organization (minimum headcount of 5000 - 10000)
      • Solid knowledge of MS Office Suite; ability to learn new systems/applications


      Key Competencies

      • Ability to engage & communicate with large employee populations on HR Operations related matters
      • Solid spoken & written communication skills
      • Demonstrate capability to improve processes


      Skills Requirements:

      • Self-motivated and works with minimal guidance
      • Should be a team player and collaborate well with other COEs
      • Ability to work in a fast paced environment and manage multiple tasks
      • Excellent customer service orientation
      • Ability to meet strict deadlines in a time-sensitive environment
