- Lead the recruitment process for senior and specialized positions, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and selection.
- Develop and implement methods to attract top talent.
- Oversee the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Implement comprehensive training programs to enhance employee skills and career development.
- Conduct needs assessments to identify training gaps and develop targeted training solutions.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments.
- Oversee and manage the comprehensive training function within the plant, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and fostering continuous employee development
- Develop and execute initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Conduct employee feedback and analyze to identify areas for improvement.
- Implement retention efforts to reduce turnover and enhance employee satisfaction.
- Analyze HR metrics and data to provide insights and recommendations
- Prepare and present HR reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and trends.
- Utilize data to drive HR decisions and initiatives.
- Coordinate and manage HR projects and initiatives, ensuring timely and successful completion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive HR-related projects and programs.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a senior HR role.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and training and development.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead and influence at all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in HRIS and other HR-related software.

The HR Supervisor will play an essential role together with the HR Manager in shaping the direction of the HR function. This position requires an experienced HR expert with a deep understanding of HR best practices, a forward-thinking mindset, and the ability to lead complex HR initiatives. The HR Supervisor will be responsible for driving talent acquisition, employee development, and engagement efforts, while ensuring compliance with labor laws and fostering a positive workplace culture.
