      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide functional and technical support for US, CAN, and Global HR Systems
      - Utilize SAP SuccessFactors expertise to design, implement, and enhance HR processes
      - Ensure systems operate effectively and meet business needs
      - Create and maintain standard operating procedures and process documentation
      - Partner with IT to improve HR user experience and evaluate HR solutions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 5 years of experience with SuccessFactors in modules such as Recruiting, Onboarding, Employee Central, Performance, and Goals
      - Proficiency in configuring and maintaining SuccessFactors modules
      - Expertise in data entry, validation, and reporting within SuccessFactors
      - Ability to develop and deliver training programs for end-users
      - Knowledge of data privacy regulations and compliance practices

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with integrating SuccessFactors with other HR and enterprise systems
      - Skills in customizing SuccessFactors to meet organizational needs
      - Familiarity with middleware and data integration tools
      - Experience in vendor management and negotiating contracts
      - Commitment to continuous improvement and staying updated with industry trends
