- Bachelor’s Degree required
- 3+ year(s) of Workday configuration and/or report writing experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Prior Workday implementation experience
- Workday Time & Absence module configuration experience
- Project management relating to HR systems
- Proven ability to work in an execution-driven environment and meet deadlines
- Experience in identifying operational issues and recommending and implementing strategies to resolve problems
- Directly work with HR stakeholders to understand their technology needs for HR systems
- Designing, configuring, testing, and implementing processes within Workday
- Serve as a subject matter expert and contribute to HR systems projects
- Manage HR Technology projects that align with stakeholder vision with minimum supervision
- Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors on requirements and process design
- Leverage expertise knowledge of Workday capabilities to develop industry best practice configuration and process design
- Develop, implement, and maintain appropriate changes, configuration, and processes within Workday
- Create test plans, implementation plans, and knowledge transfer for supporting team members
- Provide guidance and system expertise to team members
- Monitor HR Technology queries and resolve escalated questions
Clarivate is looking to hire on a new Senior Workday HR Technology Analyst to join our global HR Technology team! Through collaboration with your HR teammates, you will develop, implement, and maintain appropriate changes, configuration, and processes within Workday. As a true subject matter expert, you will provide ongoing technical expertise and consultation on new functionality, system upgrades, configuration, implementation, and testing efforts. Exhibiting a keen attention to detail, you will ensure a high level of process integrity in the day-to-day use of Workday, facilitate end user training, and provide effective and efficient customer service to internal Workday users on a global scale. Partnering with key internal stakeholders and external vendors, you will solve technical problems as well as work on continual process improvement with the HR Technology team to develop solutions leveraging Workday.

The HR Technology team sits the HR organization. Our team is comprised of 4 Workday experts who are passionate about within Workday and our stakeholders’ success.
Hours of Work
40-50/week
Limited to no travel required
This is a hybrid role working 2-3 days a week in one of our US office locations
