      Overview:
      Xerox Corporation is seeking a motivated Sr. Hybrid Infrastructure Engineer. As a Sr. Hybrid Infrastructure Engineer, you will provide a world-class client experience by ensuring successful outcomes for our clients located both in the greater Denver, CO area as well as across the country. You'll work closely with our clients, pre-sales team, and peers to implement, and support Cloud, Datacenter, and Networking technologies with an emphasis on HPE, Dell, Cisco, and Azure solutions. A combination of deep technical expertise, a strong sense of personal integrity, a professional demeanor, and a focus on building lasting client relationships will be critical to ensuring ongoing success for our organization and that of our clients. This position is a hybrid role, which may require 2 days per week onsite and periodic travel.

      Experience:
      • SMB to Enterprise cloud and on-premises infrastructure projects
      • Strong Active Directory, Failover Clustering, RDS, Storage clustering, Azure
      • PKI and Identity Solutions – Certificate Services, MFA, Conditional Access, Duo, ClearPass, ISE
      • Strong datacenter, hybrid, and cloud infrastructure experience including hyper-converged technologies. Extensive experience with clustered and hybrid cloud storage and compute
      • Experience with physical, virtual, and cloud back-up solutions
      • Azure Infrastructure: VM’s, Storage, Networking, Backups, AVD
      • Extensive experience in several hypervisor solutions: VMware, Hyper-V, Citrix, VxRail, Nutanex
      • Strong MS SQL, InTune. Veeam, or SCCM experience is a plus
      • Experience with Datacenter networking required with security solutions: ZTNA, and SASE solutions preferred.
      • Experience with firewall, switches and wireless implementations a plus

      Responsibilities:
      • Operate as a project-focused engineer to ensure successful delivery of modern solutions for Clients; On-prem, Hybrid, and Cloud-based clients' infrastructures.
      • Utilize your skills, time, and resources to successfully deploy technology projects while maintaining excellent client communication and satisfaction.
      • Install, configure, troubleshoot, upgrade, and support extensive cloud and on-premise technology solutions with clients
      • Provide strong documentation and client knowledge transfer
      • Maintain client communications and expectations throughout the project lifecycle
      • Ability to work independently, and collaborate with the team to complete client projects
      • Ability to partner well with all levels of business organizations both internally and with clients
      • Working with 3rd party Vendors regarding equipment, maintenance, and upgrades

      Qualifications:
      • College degree or highly certified preferred
      • 10+ years of general IT experience with focus on Hybrid Infrastructure Solutions
      • Must have a valid driver's license
      • Related Cloud, Datacenter, Security and Networking certifications required.
      • Tier-1 Vendor Certifications Preferred (Dell, HPE, Cisco Microsoft, Lenovo, VMWare)
      • Flexibility in task assignments, priorities, and work environment
      • Creative problem solver and desire to learn
      • Ability to troubleshoot complex environments and perform root cause analysis
      • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
