Job Description

- Provide operations support to the Customer Onboarding team for solutioning and preparing for the Customer’ s implementation.
- Enforce standard indexing guidelines as well as have the knowledge base to accurately determine levels of guideline complexity
- Analyze customer data and provide solutions and feedback for the Customer Onboarding team throughout the implementation process as well as after Go-Live.
- Ensure highest value intake and data capture methods are utilized for each customer project.
- Analyze various process solution alternatives and determine where improvements can be made and implemented to ensure successful customer experiences.
- Determine best practices for a successful transition to a live environment experience to internal or third-party providers.
- Provide support for an optimal adoption phase.
- Create and maintain customer-specific indexing guidelines.
- Able to fill in for internal indexing assignments when needed for capacity-leveling.
- Provide third party and internal indexing providers with upcoming client additions and all necessary prep work to ensure success as well as customer satisfaction.
- Manage customer quality and service escalations and work with partners to determine root causes and associated action plans for timely and effective resolution.
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
- Successful completion of Indexer training required or Prior experience as an Indexing Associate for at least 3 years or an acceptable equivalent.
- Strong attention to detail

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills

- Familiarity of AvidInvoice functionality
- Experienced working with and directing third party providers
- Proficient in Salesforce
- Specialized knowledge of AvidBill Services Indexing requirements

- Typically requires minimum of 5 years of experience. May require vocational or technical education in addition to prior work experience
