Job summary
We are seeking a Senior Information Analyst to join our Workforce Systems team supporting the organisation in better understanding it's people and ensuring good quality information is available to allow the organisation to make robust decisions related to it's people.
The Workforce Systems team is a progressive and dynamic team within our organisation whose purpose is to ensure that we get the best out of human analytics, digital systems management, and long-term workforce planning.
The successful post holder will be an integral member of the team, possessing a strong grounding in statistical analysis, data visualisation and building data dashboards, data management, data warehousing and reporting.
Our ideal candidate will be literate with workforce data, be comfortable talking SQL Server/PowerBI, and have a solid understanding of the employee lifecycle and it's interactions with data.
Main duties of the job
The post-holder's core function is to develop, maintain and enhance the People and Culture Directorate's business intelligence capabilities, to ensure the accuracy and robustness of workforce information on which the organisation operates, to trail blaze in relation to technologies and approaches to developing workforce dashboards and reporting, ensuring the team and directorate deliver a first-class service and support to the Trust.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
