Define, evolve, and maintain the information architecture for the Experience League website, including taxonomies, ontologies, and metadata schemes for organizing and labeling of site content.
Craft site structure and navigation models in collaboration with partners.
Lead the automation of tagging content according to sitemaps, journey maps, use cases, and personas.
Refine, evolve, and advise on the implementation of a comprehensive content model for the site experience.
Use customer interviews, site telemetry, and A/B testing to understand, define, and evaluate success.
Work and collaborate closely with Product Managers, UX and UI designers, Analysts, and content teams as part of the creative process.
Maintain a governance process for regularly deciding and communicating metadata guidelines in partnership with Content and Product teams.
Familiarity with the principles of information architecture, ontology design, and their practical applications.
Experience defining and maintaining information architecture and content strategy for large content sets.
Experience and demonstrated skill in partner interaction and influence.
Strong project management, organization, and planning skills with attention to detail.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.

The Opportunity
As a Senior Information Architect, you will be responsible for the organization of content, content metadata, and the assessment of content quality for the Adobe Experience League platform. Experience League is *the* place enterprise customers come to learn about their Adobe solutions and discover how to be successful with them. By bringing together free training, documentation, communities, support, and account-specific guidance, Experience League makes it possible, at scale, for Adobe customers to become true Adobe advocates. Highly tailored content meets customers where they are, whether in-product, on their personalized homepage, or in their inbox.

Qualifications
At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
