      RESPONSIBILITIES

      • The role requires someone who understands the functionality of the DLP technology and various industry tools used to perform a contextual incident review based on the incidents detected by the DLP system.
      • Efficiency in the use of the DLP tools and ensure a consistent process of improvement is in place.
      • Knowledge and experience of Data breach incident review process and continuously improve the quality of Incident review in terms of True Positive.
      • Role will be required to work with Chief Information Security Office (function) to provide and seek consultation on DLP risk management and remediation.
      • Periodical trend analysis to identify opportunities of refining the DLP policies and provide inputs to DLP Engineering team based on event review outputs to continuously enhance the policies and to provide right level of detection.
      • Work in collaboration with internal stakeholders for adoption of the tools, ensuring the analyst is trained and BAU processes are in place to enable efficient operation.
      • Periodical reporting on Risk metrics to measure the process performance
      • Ensure SLA is adhered to review the DLP incidents.
      • Periodical review & refinement of SOP’s and identifying control/process gaps
      • Perform periodical QA review to identify potential data leakages that are missed to be escalated by Level 1 analyst.
      • Ensure internal/regulatory audits request for information (RFI) are understood, challenged and submitted on time.
      • Submission of monthly / quarterly reports every beginning of the month as per the process requirements.
      • Review & Operationalization of rules.

      • Support cyber security initiatives and priorities in conjunction with Global and function roadmap to drive Information Protection – DLP awareness.

      • Adhere to Group DLP process and compliance.

      Risk Management

      • Ensure Risk and Issues are identified, tracked, and remediated along with the functional Risk Governance team.

      Regulatory & Business Conduct

      • Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group’s Values and Code of Conduct.
      • Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank.       • Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters.

      Our Ideal Candidate

      • B.E/MCA, Comptia+, CEH and Cloud Security preferable
