      1. Work with the Senior Director, Information Security Architecture to set the mission, vision, and strategy of the Information Security Architecture organization that aligns with the Information Security and Vontier’s strategy to maximize the success of the business and Information Security enterprise initiatives.
      2. Develop the strategy, approach and guiding principles for securing the enterprise through commercial, open-source and right-sized platforms and toolsets.
      3. Collaborate with operating companies’ product teams to develop a Product Security Center of Excellence.
      4. Work with the Senior Director of Information Security Architecture and operating companies’ product teams to provide visibility into the security risks and align with newly established corporate standards.
      5. Design the systems and processes across the “defense-in-depth” model which spans the following layers: Physical, Network, Presentation and Application with a focus on the perimeter, host, and data.
      6. Develop and implement a “high-risk asset” (HRA) and “high-value asset” (HVA) programs to identify key technology infrastructure and business applications that lowers risk.
      7. Plan and build capabilities across the Information Security stack with an emphasis on automation to reduce operational overhead and costs.
      8. Transition capabilities to Information Security operational functions with a “fit for purpose” mindset and clear articulation of the business value.
      9. Work with Senior Director of Information Security Architecture to oversee security vendor contracts, commercial terms, capabilities, and relationships. Seeks to maximize partnership opportunities with security vendors.
      10. Assess emerging technologies (e.g., IoT, AI, ML, etc.) against security architecture to determine gaps and rationalization opportunities.
      11. Collaborate with operating companies on cross-functional projects and present solution options/recommendations to stakeholder that enable full transparency to business leaders.
      12. Build successful stakeholder relationships with other IT and business teams by developing a clear understanding of business needs, acting as a trusted advisor, and ensuring cost-effective delivery of Information Security services to meet those needs
      1. A deep passion for innovation and improving organization performance through the application of emerging technologies and practices with a strong desire to continually learn new technologies.
      2. Deep understanding of security vulnerabilities and their mitigations as well as development methodologies, developer tools and processes.
      3. Demonstrated experience of influencing key stakeholders across the organization and within complex contexts.
      4. Strong communication skills with all levels of an organization, including executive and front-line employees.
      5. The ability to communicate and express complex ideas in terms others can understand and convey technology decisions in terms of business outcomes.
      6. Familiarity with risk management methodologies, regulatory requirements (e.g., SOX, FedRAMP, PCI-DSS), privacy and other information and data security requirements.
      7. Ability to perform all security assurance activities in the Product Security lifecycle from concept to release including architecture, design reviews, threat modeling, use of appropriate tools and code reviews.
      8. Experience with DevSecOps – manage and design automation to integrate Application Security into various CI/CD environments.
      9. At least 5 years of experience in Product Security, Application Security, Network Security, Endpoint Security, Common Security Vulnerabilities including OWASP Top 10, Security Testing and/or similar area of security.
      10. Experience with enterprise security architecture and working as part of cross-functional team to implement security solutions.
      11. A minimum of 10 years of experience in Information Security.
      12. Proven success delivering large, complex projects and programs.
      13. CISSP, CISM, SABSA, TOGAF or other related Information Security certifications.
      14. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering, related field or equivalent work experience.
      15. Willing to travel, post Covid, approximately 20% domestically and internationally.
