  About the Opportunity
  We currently seek an experienced Senior Infrastructure Engineer with extensive experience managing Netapp, VMWare, and HPe compute, as well as a variety of enterprise technologies. The candidate should be able to work well with a team of infrastructure engineers, system engineers, network engineers, and help desk escalation staff to help maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot our fast paced and growing environment.
  Responsibilities:
  • Design, implement, and manage the company's infrastructure systems, ensuring high availability, performance, and security.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop infrastructure solutions that meet business requirements.
  • Configure and manage HPe Synergy and NetApp AFF storage systems to support scalable and resilient infrastructure operations.
  • Implement and maintain VMware virtualization environments, including vSphere, vCenter, and ESXi.
  • Maintain and support Windows Server operating systems, ensuring optimal performance and security.
  • Administer Linux-based systems and troubleshoot issues related to the Linux server environment.
  • Develop and automate infrastructure tasks using PowerShell scripting.
  • Design, deploy, and manage infrastructure resources in AWS, ensuring scalability, security, and cost optimization.
  Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience as a Senior Infrastructure Engineer or similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with HPe Synergy and NetApp AFF storage systems.
  • Strong expertise in VMware virtualization technologies.
  • Experience with virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI) solutions, such as Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops.
  • Proficiency in managing Windows Server operating systems and associated services (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, etc.).
  • Solid understanding of Linux server environments and related technologies.
  • Strong scripting skills, particularly in PowerShell, for automating infrastructure tasks.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms, particularly AWS, and experience in deploying and managing infrastructure resources in the cloud.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
  • Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Ansible).
  • Knowledge of network protocols, security standards, and best practices.

  Additional Information:
  This full-time, non-exempt position will be based at the Service Center in San Juan Capistrano, California.
  • Salary: $100,000 - $150,000 DOE; may be eligible for bonus
