What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide immediate technical support during real-time cardiac procedures, ensuring seamless operation of clinical systems
- Maintain and troubleshoot multiple clinical applications, medical device integrations, and peripheral equipment
- Conduct routine server maintenance, manage patient records, and ensure data accuracy in reporting and billing
- Coordinate equipment installations, relocations, and repairs with vendors across multiple sites
- Participate in an on-call rotation to provide critical support and issue resolution
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in a technical support role
- Ability to operate under limited guidance with moderately complex to complex issues
- Strong analytical skills for evaluating situations and data
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with IT and organizational leadership
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience supporting specialized healthcare application systems in a clinical setting
- Familiarity with GE Muse, Syngo Dynamics, GE Mac-Lab/Cardio-Lab, or Natus/Xltek EEG applications
- Prior involvement in quality assurance processes within IT functions
