- Building relationships with clients to develop a deep understanding of their brand’s insight needs and measurement objectives
- Analyzing large, complex data sets, validating insights, and translating them into actionable recommendations
- Delivering insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders in a thoughtful and engaging manner in presentations and written communication
- Working closely with marketing and commercial teams to produce topical collateral that stimulates interest in our brand
- Effectively managing the workload of projects across teams to meet expectations and deadlines
- Supporting development and collaboration among insight associates and regional analytics teams
- Collaborating with product teams to pinpoint opportunities to improve data quality and advance features on the project roadmap
- Be part of scaling data and analytics across a dynamic and thriving global insight community
- Much more than just reporting. You’ll be supporting influential and well-known brands to generate insights that will make an impact on marketing outcomes
- You’ll get to operate under a modern, serverless data stack that is meticulously maintained by our team of data engineers
- You’ll get to leverage a unique and powerful data set powered by privacy-compliant search data
- 3-4 years of data analytics experience, with a particular focus on SQL reporting (e.g., Databricks Lakehouse, Snowflake, Google BigQuery, Amazon Redshift)
- Ability to influence actions and inspire an audience with data storytelling
- Excellent business consulting skills and ability to learn about and apply consumer digital behavior
- Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
- Ability to create and deliver strategic presentations to decision-making audiences that are constructed using clear logic and backed by sound data analysis
- Strong experience with Python or R developing analytic workflows in notebooks or conducting ad hoc statistical analysis
- Experience client or agency side in marketing analytics or measurement
- Knowledge of the advertising industry / media buying process
- Knowledge of advanced analytics techniques including clustering, regression, attribution modeling, and significance testing

OVERVIEW
Our Senior Insight Analyst builds data-informed insights and delivers them for the North America market. This will be more than just reporting - you’ll be supporting influential and well-known brands to generate insights to impact marketing decisions and outcomes. Our team operates under a modern, serverless data stack that is meticulously maintained by our team of data engineers. As a part of this team, you will get to leverage a unique and powerful data set that provides a view into consumer intent, powered by our onsite search network.
ABOUT YOU
You have a passion and curiosity for data and the technology space, continually innovating by asking questions to gather deeper understanding and to arrive at solutions.
You love turning data into compelling insights.
You have experience pulling from large data sets using SQL, analyzing and visualizing that data, and constructing a narrative that clients can understand and act on.
Your job will be to pair our powerful search data with our client’s needs and challenges to provide recommendations on how to reach new customers and deepen relationships with existing customers.

COMPENSATION
The annual compensation range for the Senior Insights Analyst role in New York City is $80,000 - $85,000 per annum.
Actual compensation is based on multiple factors that are unique to each candidate, including and not limited to skill set, level of relevant experience, and specific work location. Salary ranges for positions based in other locations may differ based on the cost of labor in that location.
