What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Assist in devising effective learning and training strategies through needs analysis and gap analysis to enable high performance
- Apply instructional design principles and adult learning theory in the creation or modification of content
- Identify subject matter experts and prepare them to deliver assigned content; may facilitate components of training programs
- Evaluate existing content and modify it as needed, deploying to the proper user channel
- Maintain working knowledge of Staff Legal roles, processes, and business priorities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree required, with 5+ or 7+ years of learning design experience, depending on level
- Prior experience in designing learning for multiple delivery modalities, including classroom and e-Learning
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for a variety of audiences
- Strong time management and project management skills
- Proficiency in the advanced use of e-Learning authoring tools
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master's degree in Instructional Design or a related field
- Experience working with complex content
- Familiarity with instructional technologies and design principles
