Design innovative, learner-centered elearning aligned with business goals.
Lead curriculum design and oversee end-to-end instructional design projects.
Collaborate with SMEs, development and delivery teams, and retail stakeholders.
Manage multiple projects with speed, precision, and a strong attention to detail.
Review, coach, and elevate the work of fellow designers to maintain quality standards.
Bachelor’s degree preferred; 5-10 years instructional design/training development experience required; 1-3 years project management.
Deep experience in instructional design for frontline workers, specifically in retail or similar fast-paced environments.
Strong project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
Extensive experience with video script and storyboard writing with the ability to multi-task and effectively manage competing deadlines and demands.
Strong experience with 3 or more of the following technical products: Cornerstone LMS, Articulate 360, Adobe Creative Suite, Google Suite, and Asana.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
As a Senior Instructional Designer, you will be at the forefront of designing dynamic training programs and curriculum that empower our retail teams to perform at their best. You’ll partner closely with subject matter experts (SMEs), other Learning Specialists, and store leaders to create meaningful learning that drives real results.
You won’t just be building courses—you’ll help shape the future of training across our organization. From project planning to coaching other instructional designers, your work will have a direct impact on our success in the field.
