      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct research, modeling, and forecasting, coordinating data collection from Claims and other departments
      - Analyze current reporting to identify trends that enhance operational efficiency and product performance
      - Lead complex analyses to determine root causes of trends and effectively communicate findings to senior management
      - Monitor internal claims loss data while incorporating industry trends to provide insights
      - Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders in Claims, Product, Actuarial, Finance, and Technology to identify new trends and initiatives

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in mathematics, business, statistics, economics, computer science, or equivalent experience
      - 5+ years of directly related experience in insurance or analytics
      - Proficiency in data science and coding (Snowflake, SQL, Microsoft Excel, and tools like SAS, PowerBI, Python)
      - Strong analytical, statistical, and mathematical skills with the ability to conduct structured analyses
      - Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present effectively

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Knowledge of insurance and rate-making concepts
      - Pursuit or completion of industry-relevant continuing education or advanced degrees
      - Direct claims experience or analytical actuarial experience
      - Demonstrated leadership and mentoring experience
      - Strong data visualization skills, particularly with PowerBI
