      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop, prepare, and interpret statistical analyses of insurance sales and claims experience to support strategic decisions
      - Present analysis and proposals to various stakeholder groups to solve mid to high-level business problems
      - Employ statistical techniques to model underwriting and pricing business practices
      - Collaborate with peers and management while communicating across departments to ensure company success
      - Analyze complex business problems and key performance measures to inform critical business decisions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, Math, Statistics, Data/Business Analytics, or other relevant quantitative field OR a Bachelor’s degree in any field with prior experience
      - Proven analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
      - Highly effective communication skills
      - Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel
      - Basic to intermediate proficiency with data analysis software like R, SAS, Python, or Power BI

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in auto insurance; experience specifically in Commercial Auto is a plus
      - Intellectual curiosity and ability to ask insightful questions
      - Ability to handle multiple concurrent priorities and provide accurate results
