      THE ROLE:


      The Senior Intelligent Automation Developer will work closely with business process owners to understand and document business processes, with the goal of subsequently automating the processes by building and deploying digital automation applications. This role will identify automation opportunities, create detailed business requirements and system documentation, and implement quality software solutions leveraging Hyperautomation platforms (RPA, AI/ML, Process Mining, Cognitive Services). This role will also provide mentoring to junior RPA developers. This role can be performed remote, hybrid, or in-person.

      YOUR IMPACT:

      Develop automations utilizing UI Path and Azure automation platforms.
      • Define test scenarios, create test plans, execute test scripts and write automated test cases.
      • Adhere to project related policies and procedures. Ensure code meets all standard requirements and passes code review and code approval for successful deployment.
      • Create functional and technical specifications and manage changes to requirements.
      • Provide production support post deployment for all portfolio automations developed as well as understanding Oshkosh systems and standards for all automations in your assigned list.
      • Attend daily standups and code reviews every week and implement any code/framework changes and standard improvements as required.
      • Advise and contribute to ongoing process, standard and framework improvement.
      • Document and track current and future state business processes and requirements across multiple functional technical documentation types, including PDD and SDD updates, User Manuals and Support Documentation.

      YOUR SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

      • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent.
      • Four (4) or more years of relevant IA or RPA digital automation development experience with one of the market leading platforms: UiPath, Automation Anywhere, BluePrism, Microsoft Azure and Power Platform.
      • Six (6) or more years of experience in Application Development, Business Analysis, Robotic Process Automation, or in a related area.
      • Knowledge of UiPath Intelligent Automation technologies, such as Orchestrator, Studio development, Test Management, Machine Learning with Action Center and Document Understanding, Test Automation, as well as Microsoft Power, Azure, and AI platforms, GitHub, ServiceNow, DevOps, and Agile Methodologies.
      • Knowledge of user acceptance testing process, procedure, automation of test cases, and of best practices for process automation and operational excellence.
      • Familiarity with ERP systems, API Management tools, and other financial systems.
      • Experience in business communications on Intelligent Automation capabilities such as Generative AI, Machine Learning, Cognitive Services, Power/Micro Apps, RPA, Intelligent Document Processing, Process, Task, and Communications Mining, and Codex.
      • Experience working independently, taking initiative, leading projects and/or people, and demonstrating trustworthiness in all aspects and stages of independent development.
      • Experience and proficiency with various web-based software applications including Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, etc.
      • Analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
      • Attention to detail, problem solving, and decision-making skills.
      • Advanced customer service skills and proven dependability.
      • Ability to travel up to 10%.

      STANDOUT QUALIFICATIONS:

      Experience in Hyperautomation (AI/ML, RPA, IDP, AI Fabric, Process Mining).
      • Development experience on .Net, C#, Python.
      • Graduate degree in Information Systems, Management or equivalent.
      • Relevant industry recognized certifications (IIBA, ITIL, CBAP, CCAB).

      • Relevant technology certifications (UiPath Developer, Systems Architect, AI Specialist and/or Microsoft Power Platform, Azure, or AI Developer).

      • Experience working with abstract concepts in innovative ways to solve problems.
      • Experience work designing process workflows, building, testing, and implementing reliable IA solutions.
      • Agile Software Development Lifecycle and Program Maturity Model experience.
