Job Description
- Req#: 54026
- Sound workplace investigations experience including demonstrated understanding of the baseline legal (procedural and substantive fairness) requirements and sound experience in the conduct of those investigations, preferably with experience investigating workplace fraud, theft and insider crime
- Drafting workplace investigation reports to produce high quality written analysis (applying the rules of evidence) and fact finding
- Forensic analysis, using systems to source data and interrogating data
- Sophisticated verbal and written communication skills
- Planning, prioritisation and delivery
- Relationship management and influencing
- Using data to create meaningful actionable insights
- Critical thinking, problem solving, sound judgement

The Senior Investigator, Group Integrity is critical to making this happen and will be managing investigations into insider crime at ANZ, including investigations into fraud, theft and similar serious misconduct, major reputational risk issues and those involving the conduct of executives. Those investigations are timely, fair and high quality and provide learning for ANZ to improve our risk and control environment.
