Job Description
- Req#: 19320
- Accurately input and manage investment-related financial data within the accounting system.
- Ensure the integrity of general ledger input and financial records.
- Support investment reporting, reconciliation, and compliance initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, auditors, and management to maintain accurate investment accounting records.
- Align investment accounting processes with regulatory requirements and internal controls.
- College degree with focus in Finance, Investments, Accounting or Business Administration is required.
- 3-5 years’ experience in financial data management or investment accounting is required.
- Proficiency with investment accounting software - such as Princeton Financial Systems (PAM).
- Proficiency with Bloomberg database and IDC pricing service.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, database reporting software, and general ledger software (Workday preferred).
- Proficiency with compliance controls and risk mitigation.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with accounting systems and general ledger processes.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and with external auditors.

We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Investment Accountant to ensure the accurate and timely input of financial data into our investment and accounting systems. This role plays a critical part in maintaining the integrity of the investment system by extract files and providing essential support for reporting, reconciliation, and compliance within our Corporate Accounting function.
