      Job Description:

      Senior Investment Manager

      London / Hybrid working (1-2 days a week in London office)

      £80,000 - £85,000 base salary + bonus & benefits

      Permanent role / 37.5 hours a week

      The Senior Investment Manager is a key role in Bupa’s Insurance Finance Team (within ‘BGUK’ Market Unit). Reporting to the Head of Capital & Risk Management, you will monitor assets and support the investment management change agenda.

      How you’ll help us make health happen:

      • Management reporting for the Executive team (‘BGUK’)

      • Prepare meeting packs for Investment Committee

      • Monitor - risk appetited reviews, investment management agreements, strategic asset allocation, stress & scenario testing

      • Contribute to Flash reporting and quarterly Board reporting

      • Support development of Treasury strategy (investment risk, liquidity)

      • FX Hedging, Dividend recommendations, Economic Capital Model

      • Contribute to the development of techniques relating to Investment, Liquidity and Capital Management

      Key Skills / Qualifications

      • Finance professional, part or fully qualified (e.g. CFA, IFoA, ACA)

      • Investment management experience in a large corporate environment

      • Experience of report writing / providing MI for senior management

      • Project management skills & highly collaborative mindset essential for role

      • Inquisitive nature, able to seek out key financial data from senior stakeholders

      • Excellent analytical and numerical skill set.
