      Responsibilities:

      - Serve as a Subject Matter Expert by driving awareness, confidence, and understanding
      - Build and maintain strong knowledge of all investment strategies
      - Collaborate with employer's Record Keeping business, Sales leadership, Product Management, and Marketing to develop and deliver creative, proactive ongoing investment initiatives
      - Stay current with competitive analysis
      - Provide concise and insightful investment analysis and market intelligence to new retirement plan clients and advisors

      Requirements:

      - Bachelor's degree or eight years of work experience
      - FINRA licensed, including Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) exam or equivalent, Series 6, and Series 63 (or 66)
      - 10+ years of experience in investment management and/or corporate retirement plan marketplace
      - Understanding of investment management products and services across all asset classes
      - Possession of or progress toward MBA, CIMA, CFA, or other investment designation
      - Excellent communication skills including verbal, written, interpersonal, and strong presentation skills
      - Entrepreneurial spirit with high-level creativity, self-initiative, and problem-solving skills

      Additional Information:

      - Salary Range: $153,000 - $207,000 per year
      - Extensive travel and overnight stays required (approximately 75% of the time)
      - Must reside within the Eastern US territory with the option to work remote or hybrid
      - Work Authorization/Sponsorship: Not considering applicants that need any type of immigration sponsorship now or in the future to work in the United States
