      The Investor Relations team is responsible for providing timely and accurate information to the investment community. The team manages daily contact for analysts and investors and is responsible for implementing a comprehensive investor relations program designed to improve the company’s stock valuation. Located in Charlotte, NC, this is a high impact role that will support the Investor Relations team in management of internal and external investor relations activities and allow the analyst to learn how BAC’s equity investors view the company and banking industry. The successful candidate will be an intellectually curious self-starter that is highly skilled in more complex financial analytics and relationship management; candidate must possess strong project management, presentation, and technology skills to help the team be efficient and well-controlled in the gathering and delivery of information.

      Specific responsibilities include:

      • Manage Investor Relations website, including day-to-day updates and periodic content reviews
      • Lead team’s process, control, and governance work streams
      • Implement new and ongoing projects, strategic initiatives, and process improvements
      • Perform competitor analytics - understand competitor strategies and results, summarize earnings and conference presentations
      • Prepare daily and monthly market reporting for senior management
      • Interpret, analyze, and pull financial statements and related data to prepare presentation materials
      • Assist in preparation of quarterly company earnings reporting
      • Assist with development of preparation materials for management meetings with investors
      • Assist with development of materials for internal Board of Directors presentations and senior leader town halls
      • Analyze and report on sell-side research reports and models
      • Analyze and report on shareholder base and engagement

      Required Skills:

      • BA/BS Finance or Accounting or equivalent work experience.
      • 2+ years of relevant experience in financial services
      • Strong communication skills: ability to communicate effectively both in writing and verbally and to feel comfortable delivering insights and recommendations to senior management
      • Strong relationship building skills: ability to effectively network across the organization, build effective relationships and influence at all levels to achieve change and implement goals
      • Strong presentation skills: ability to synthesize information key to relevant points, present key messages, recommendations and information in a clear and insightful way
      • Must have strong PowerPoint and Excel skills, exposure to Alteryx and Tableau
      • Must be technically savvy
      • Must have strong attention to detail and organizational skills
      • Ability to work in a high energy environment and work well under pressure
      • Comfortable taking initiative and being resourceful/entrepreneurial
      • Ability to multi-task and work with numerous teams
      • Strong analytical skills and ability to effectively challenge or identify limitations and assumptions and produce appropriate changes
