What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Advise, consult, and manage large, complex programs within Information Technology
- Plan, organize, direct, and supervise teams and program activities to achieve objectives
- Lead processes to accomplish program goals and manage change effectively

- Resolve issues that span across multiple programs

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management, Business, Healthcare Administration, Clinical Operations, or Information Technology, or equivalent experience
- 8 or more years of experience in Information Technology and/or Healthcare Industry
- 8 or more years of experience in project/program management
- 1 or more years of relevant portfolio management experience
- Expertise in Project Management methodology and experience with vendor/contract management

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master’s Degree in Information Technology, Business Management, Healthcare Administration, or a clinical field
- Certification in Project Management (PMI) upon hire
- Certification as a Certified Associate in Project Management (PMI) upon hire
- Experience with process optimization certifications such as Six Sigma or Lean upon hire
- 6 or more years of experience working in the healthcare industry
